Return Policy

Here at the Air Filter Factory we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Part of that satisfaction is providing a hassle free returns experience. Below is our return policy.

 

  • All stock filters can be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase without any re-stocking fee debited from the refund amount. An RMA will be provided to the email that is entered. Air Filter Factory does not provide return shipping labels, return postage is covered by the customer. Shipping paid is non-refundable. Orders will be refunded less the shipping Air Filter Factory paid if order qualified for free shipping. To start a 30 day return please fill out the form to the right. *THIS IS NOT A RETURN LABEL, THIS IS A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH FURTHER DETAILS.

 

  • Custom filters are made to order and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer filters are made to your exact specifications that were input at the time of ordering. You will receive and email confirmation from the site with order details. Please check sizes when this email is received, if there are any discrepancies please contact us immediately.

 

  • For orders past the 30 day return window please fill out the form to the right and we will provide options for your return.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return. Final sale items are also non-returnable. Please contact us for questions if you are unsure about the item you are purchasing,

 

  • IMPORTANT NOTES: No order can be returned/refunded after 90 days. All returned filters must be in new and unused condition. Most refunds are processed within 2-4 days of receipt. International Orders: International orders are exempt from the return policy, please ensure that the filters being ordered and shipped Internationally are correct before completing order. If the incorrect product is ordered customer is responsible for return shipping of the product and the shipping paid is non-refundable.

 

  • Damages must be reported within (1) business day of receipt of order. The report can be phoned in, emailed in or you can initiate a chat

 

  • Cancellation Policy - If you receive a receipt that has a longer than expected delivery date, you may call us directly to cancel the order within 3 working days of purchase. Orders can not be cancelled after 3 working days.
